We will journey towards what it is that you truly want, and once we find it, I'll help keep you accountable in getting it. One of the first steps to this 'shift' is beginning to better understand and see yourself, embracing the attitude of acceptance of 'the now' and bringing awareness to all parts of your Self; body, mind, spirit and the web in which we are all connected and effected by. It's not about fixing or disowning parts of yourself in order to change; it's about cultivating a new way of being with who you are. 

With a deep intuitive sense, and a heart that resonates with truth, I assist you in engaging with your most authentic self and recondition the limiting patterns that have generated pain and suffering in your life. As a therapist, I feel the importance of having done and continue to do my own deep self-exploration in order to provide a greater understanding and capacity for others in their process of truth seeking. I show up with a rooted aliveness, meaning that I have a grounded, embodied and engaged approach to therapy.
